Compensation is directly linked to performance. Employees are recognized and rewarded based on performance and contribution to the growth and productivity of the company.
Barnard bears the full cost of our employees' healthcare premium, including eligible dependents.
Coverage begins on the employee's date of hire.
A Profit-Sharing Plan, including a 401(k) Savings Plan, is offered after one year of service and 1000 hours of work. The contribution to this plan is determined by company performance that year. In addition, Barnard offers a generous match to the 401(k) Savings Plan.
Personal time off accrues according to an employee's years of service. New hires begin with two weeks of vacation each calendar year.
A minimum of six holidays plus the day after Thanksgiving are observed.
All salaried employees are reviewed annually. Bonuses and salary increases are considered based on employee and company performance.
